ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

As our Enterprise Product Manager, you have experience with customer facing systems, are focused on understanding the ‘why’ when solving a problem, and have a passion for solving problems through technology.  You are a team player, who enjoys understanding business priorities to build a product roadmap, and understand the importance of building customer relationships.  You will work with with other enterprise product managers, developers, and business owners to build the best enterprise solutions that will solve the businesses problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with business partners to understand prioritization so you can own and manage the product roadmap
  • Gather requirements for business problems to be solved, which includes discovery documentation, business process diagrams, user story requirements
  • Manage product lifecycle of an initiative, which is focused on the requirements gathering process, iteration planning, and UAT support
  • Focus on asking ‘why’ to ensure we are providing solutions that meet the customer's need.
  • Challenge the norm if it results in a better way of operating

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of SFDC experience as a power user, analyst, administrator, or solution architect
  • Ability to document and deliver SFDC best practices to stakeholders that meet business needs
  • Experience with Enterprise Systems
  • Experience with Salesforce, preferably in an ad organization
  • Expert experience in requirements gathering, including GAP analysis
  • Very strong listening skills
  • Experience in an Agile environment, with focus on user story creation, backlog management, and roadmap planning
  • Experience working with other product managers, developers, QA, business owners, and upper management
  • Experience working with users during the UAT phase
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • You are experienced and happy in a fast moving, continuous flow environment.

ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

As our Enterprise Product Manager, you have experience with SaaS marketing technologies and partner closely with marketing leadership to discover and deliver features. Focused on understanding the ‘why’ when solving a problem; you are a team player, who can understand marketing needs and customer challenges to build a prioritized product roadmap.  

You will work with with product managers, developers, customers, and business owners to build the best marketing solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Discover, define and own technology solutions for marketing to increase engagement, drive new growth, and increase retention.
  • Work with business partners and customers to understand needs, so you can own, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap.
  • Define requirements for problems to be solved or opportunities to be taken, which includes discovery documentation, process diagrams, user story requirements, and gap analysis.
  • Manage product lifecycle of an initiative, which is focused on the requirements gathering process, iteration planning, feature deliver, UAT support, training, and user adoption.
  • Challenge the norm, evangelize best practices, rally the organization, and iterate.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing technology solution development / design
  • Minimum 2+ years in SaaS marketing tools.  Hubspot,Tout, Responsys experience a plus.
  • 1+ years with salesforce.com is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Marketing concepts and strategies
  • Expert experience in discovery and requirements definitions, including GAP analysis
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience in measuring product success through KPI’s, with a focus on learning and iterating
  • Experience working with other product managers, developers, QA, business owners, and senior leadership
  • Experience working with users during the UAT phase
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You are experienced and happy in a fast moving, continuous flow environment.

  • Make continuous improvement a priority.
  • Contribute to feedback to improve development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the execution of large scale initiatives which includes launch, rollout and adoption
  • Assist in change Management processes for compliance

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Management
  • BA/BS in technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience with project management software such as JIRA
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate well.
  • Culturally sensitive and the ability to work well with a diverse team
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
